Poison Ivy is a pretty good name for a botanically themed villain. Unfortunately, not too many others have been able to come up with anything nearly as intimidating, least of all the one who attacks with pollen and calls himself Plant Master. Speaking of the Plant Master, this guy is an actual villain from the comics who is also known as the slightly snazzier Floronic Man or Floro for short. You may remember him from such films as Batman and Robin in which he was depicted as the scientist responsible for the creations of both Bane and Poison Ivy.
When a plane of scientists including Ray Palmer flew toward Plant Master's island, the master planter unleashed a pollen spore attack. The Atom shrunk down to size and began picking pollen out of the plane engines like it was cotton candy. Probably not a smart idea to be playing in the engine but he did save the plane, so point goes to the Atom. Speaking of flying, the Atom was flying again in this episode, maybe he was just so small he could glide, but he definitely seemed less prone to gravity than the full sizers.
Once the plane touched down, a plant gas attack was unleashed but since he was hiding in the engine, the henchmen did not capture the Atom. The Tiny Titan didn't have much trouble disarming the guards, even employing a Tarzan style vine attack. He did get caught and put in a box, but he pulled an ace out of his sleeve, revealing his ability to quickly tunnel through soil. He then made "short" work of the Plant Master.
