In a slow news week it was some of the site's original content that got the most attention this past week. Topping the list was a look back at Superman suits worn in live action over the years. And for the record, the upcoming Man of Steel suit already has my vote.

Weekly Top 5 in Superhero Shows - 05 August 2011

The leaked 2011 pilot for Wonder Woman (and still available by the way) lassoed up the most interest this past week, though another costumed heroine has been making a last minute run - Batgirl. Oddly enough, it was a  "promo" for a computer animated Batgirl show (with a cameo by the Dark Knight himself) that with the help of Bat-Mite capped of the series finale of Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

It was the fuzzy, camera phone captured and leaked images of The Amazing Spider-Man's partially rendered computer animated foe, the Lizard that built the most buzz this past week. Too bad the movie is still a year away. Here are the Top 5 stories from the last week in Superhero Shows.

That should bode well for the Web-Head come summer 2012.
