Villains: Threshold (psychokinetic) and Ivana Baiul (cyborg)
Diabolical Scheme: The trio of heroes were subjected to genetic tests and torture to encourage latent mutant abilities to manifest.
Review in 50 Words or Less:Although there was a surprising amount of blood and violence coming from this Saturday morning style animation, the movie itself was a bit slow moving. I will say that even though the concept is heavily borrowed from the X-Men, the characters were not completely unoriginal or without their charms.
