An article posted on AnimationMagazine.net has several new images from the upcoming Teen Titans Go! series set to debut in April. Shall we start with the good? On the one hand, Teen Titans was an enjoyable series and its great to have it back. On the other hand, the series looks to be cutting costs with Flash animation and will not really cater to comic fans or feature much action. Oh, and the characters are described as Millennial Hipsters...

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Sword of the Atom: Rattling the Cage
I REALLY want to love these shorts, but the format is making that a real challenge. This series should just be played as a 6 minute story and it would be pretty amazing. As it is, the advancing the story each week and including an action scene is resulting in a lot of action that doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I can't see how this will lead to a complete story in just two more episodes. Maybe there are more than 5 segments, but if that's the case its going to take a long time to get to the end. Anyways, the highlight of this one was the 10 second rat fight which actually was cool, but very quick.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Journey Through Inner Space
Before Journey to the Center of the Bat! was this adventure of microscopic proportions. Exposed to radiation, Aquaman reverted into a four legged shark from which he supposedly evolved. As if that wasn't bad enough, he was a giant four legged shark.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Doomsday
Right off the bat I hated how GL used his ring to become a giant. Not only does hos ring not do that, but Apache Chief could just as easily have been used if they needed a giant... in fact, later he did show up even if he was worthless. It was just a really lazy move. But the main idea of Legion members turning even more rogue, I liked.

Super History of Superman: Lucy and Superman (1957)
In 1957 Superman star George Reeves made a guest appearance on the I Love Lucy episode, Lucy and Superman. Lucy had promised that Superman would come to Little Ricky's Birthday
party, but when he couldn't come due to a scheduling conflict, Lucy
pretended to be him and got stuck on a ledge. Oh that Lucy.
Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Battle Of The Gods
Wonder Woman in Greece (which is somehow now on another planet)? For a second I thought I was watching the Brady Bunch again, but it quickly turned into a Clash of the Titans with Aphrodite and Hera using the Friends as pawns.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Fairy Tale of Doom
Yes, that was Captain Nemo (not the fish) and no this was not the animated League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Instead it was a decent episode that pulled off an out-there premise that was eventually pushed way too far. Practically the entire next season of Super Friends would continue placing the Friends in fantastic realms from Middle Earth to Oz, but not before hitting the basics here. So, as long as the idea of going into books is a concept you can accept, there was some fun to be had.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Batman: Dead Or Alive
So after the last episode's flying cowboys, we now get robot cowboys. Cowboys must have been hot in the 70's. So, long before Firefly, the Capricorn Kid was mixing space with the Old West. As it turns out, robo-cowboys rival flying brains as lame foes.
