Crisis of Infinite Episodes - New Teen Titans: Taped Before a Live Studio Audience

Gotta love those Titans. This is probably my second favorite of the New Teen Titans so far even though it sadly ended before Cyborg and Robin could reconcile their differences. I loved the jokes about creating a paradox by taping tape as well as the split up of Mas Y Menos (Nice to see them again as well). The Brain also stopped by for a quick cameo in this silly sketch. I was also happy to see Cyborg in a funnier short than his solo feature as a lifeguard. Keep 'em coming!

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Super Friends of Harvey Birdman

Black Vulcan and Apache Chief made several appearances on the Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law series. First appearing in the 2001 episode Very Personal Injury, Black Vulcan (who preferred the name Super Volt) coined the catchphrase "in my pants." At the end of the episode Chief and Volt formed the team, the Multi-Culture Pals. Zan and Wonder Woman's leg also appeared.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Challenge of the Super Friends Recap

I have to admit, that was a fun ride.  For the most part, the Legion of Doom episodes were all a lot of fun. And even with 13 villains, it felt like they all got a pretty fair chance at getting the spotlight.. I am not sure if Grundy was ever the star, but what do you expect from that guy. On the other hand, the other set of adventures were a mixed bag. The Wonder Twins have quickly become more of a liability than anything else. They rarely contributed to the adventures, and their transformations have become a tad stale. I don't mind them being around sometimes, but they felt forced into several of the episodes. Still, even the non-Legion episodes had some stand outs amid the stinkers.

Super History of Superman: The Adventures of Superpup (1958)

Although pretty much everything about the 1958 22-minute pilot for a failed series, The Adventures of Superpup, is laughable, the suit actually didn't look half bad. Bark Bent, Ha! The Superpup pilot was set in a canine world reusing The Adventures of Superman sets. Along with Bark, the Daily Bugle was staffed by Pamela Poodle and Terry Bite (also a fair name for a computer-based character).

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - History of Doom

While it was a fairly decent episode it was an odd one to be the last. This tale was part clip show, but only just a little bit even if that bit was entirely pointless. The rest was a mix of interesting origins of Lex Luthor, Giganta, and the Legion mixed with a new tale in which the League themselves needed saving. It was all an odd mish-mash, but it deeply saddens me that this is the last of the bunch.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Rise And Fall of The Super Friends

After years and years, Mr. Mixed Pickle returned... to make the Super Friends star in his movie which involved marrying mannequins, a junk monster, and Frankenstein's monster. This "captured on film" caper was not nearly as enjoyable as the Collector episode from the previous season. Also, Mr. Mxyzptlk had an incredibly obnoxious voice.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Super Friends: Rest in Peace

This episode was pretty hardcore with the Legion murdering the Friends one by one. Yes, there was a twist, but still. Plus the creator of the deadly weapon was Natas AKA Satan backward. Talk about TVPG.
