Batsy wasn't the star of Justice League: The New Frontier by any means (that honor went to Flash and Green Lantern) but he did have an important presence.
His initial appearance was more in line with his original comic design, though after an encounter in which his costume frightens a child, he decided to soften up the look a bit. I guess that's the effect eyebrows have.
The boy wonder also made a brief appearance as well, sporting his classic hot-pants look.
Those disappointed by Batman's under-utilization in this early 2008 movie would need only wait a few months for a summer of bat madness.
At long last, here is the first look at next summer's May Marvel movie hero, Thor. This comes on the heals of the glimpses of the Destroyer and Mjolnir unveiled in the past few days. Only a matter of time until we see the Cap.
Oh my. Megan Fox's acting is bringing back memories of those first Transformers trailers. At least back then she wasn't trying out an accent. Maybe I will just wait to catch this on Spike TV in a couple of months.
If you weren't interested in the upcoming Jonah Hex movie, I am not sure this poster is going to win you over. Maybe if it had a Gatling gun mounted horse... I am also not so sure about the tagline, "Revenge Gets Ugly." Will that really sell the film? "Hey this movie is about an ugly dude with a deformed face. Wanna see it?" I smell a big box office bomb. I also predict the 12 minute short attached to the Batman animated movie will be better than the feature film. You heard it here first.
The LatinoReview.Com has provided the first look at a villain from the Thor movie - The Destroyer. I didn't know much about the guy before now, but this picture makes him look like a steampunk Silver Surfer. Can't wait to see him after a hammer to the face!
Although Justice League Unlimited's The Return, wasn't really about the Green Lantern Corps, they did play a fairly large role in it. Not only were a slew of Corpsmen showcased, but we finally got to see Kyle Rayner again after his debut way back in the Superman animated series.
Even though it wasn't the Corps who ultimately took down AMAZO, they sure gave it their all and this excellent episode wouldn't have been the same without them.
