Recommended For: Kids who would be excited just to see Thor without actually caring how lame he was.

Heroes: Hulk and Thor AND (surprisingly) Donald Blake the non-alter ego summoner of Thor

Villains: Some extremely forgettable guys

Diabolical Scheme: The guys wanted the gamma tech and kidnapped David Banner's girlfriend. How original.

Coolest Moment(s):As a kid, I was excited just to see Thor without actually caring how lame he was.Thor's hammer has to be the highlight.

Worst Moment: There were a lot of bad action scenes, but one of the worst and most contrived was Thor's initial unprovoked smack down / toss into an electrical panel of a harmless David Banner.

Review in 50 Words or Less: Sure, a Hulk and Thor team-up sounds cool... but what about Hulk teaming with Malibu from American Gladiators with a hammer and fur coat? Still cool? because that's basically what you get here with the two joining forces in a forgettable plot that sends the Hulkster back on the lam.
