Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Tiny World of Terror

The Super Friends voluntarily submitted to shrinking in order to more efficiently find the involuntarily shrunk scientists.  Not sure that was such a good idea, but I guess it all worked out in the end. Why they didn't just call in the Atom? or stay big and use their eyes? or at least keep one friend big to guard the machine? I am pretty sure Aquaman could have handled that frog a lot easier if he wasn't the size of a bug. That goes the same for the near lethal encounters with wasps and spiders.

Despite its shorter length, this was not as enjoyable as the standout first season Super Friends episode Gulliver's Gigantic Goof, mostly because it was so stupid for the heroes to be small for no reason other than to pad out the running time. This is the point in the season where you start to realize the writers were running out of ideas. Not that this was a terrible episodes, but it really offered no justification for its existence. Even the Wonder Twins, who usually do something ridiculous, were mostly benched throughout. I will say, the scene with Wonder Woman and Supes driving a van was pretty funny.
