Had someone been watching Battlestar Galactica? Because I spied with my little eye, a Cylon. As it turns out, no. This episode actually predated 1978's BSG.
One question this brings up is why did the Enforcer's robotic minions wear short skirts? But I guess deeper questions remain like where exactly this underwater futuristic civilization was located and how did they have sky? I have to say, the Enforcer had a pretty cool design, at least from the belt up. Too bad everything else about the episode was completely ludicrous, even for Super Friends.
