He's no Penguin, but Killer Croc is still pretty lame. Having said that, Sideshow is one of Croc's better outings.
The problem with the episode is that Croc had a chance to be sympathetic but ended up screwing over a bunch of circus freaks. Its not that it was bad writing or anything, Croc is just a stupid jerk and that is not a great villain for any classic tales.
