I wasn't really feeling this episode about Joker's bid for the "King of Comedy" in Gotham City. Seems like he wouldn't concern himself with something so petty. But introducing Hatter tech did give it a modest boost in enjoyability.
And as minor of a character as he is, this was the first appearance of the Condiment King who later found his way into the printed page. Admittedly, he is a pretty lame villain, even when not being brainwashed, but I did relish his ability to slip in condiment related jokes.
