Enter... Rima? This Tarzan style heroine was the star of her own comic series during the mid-70's, Rima the Jungle Girl. She had been adapted from the character in 1904's Green Mansions: A Romance of the Tropical Forest, but don't ask me to explain why. And please don't ask how she found her way into a guest superhero role on Super Friends. I wouldn't really put her on the same level as Green Lantern or Flash.
In this episode, Rima displayed Snow White like powers to summon animals, she was kind of a Landquaman I guess. She was apparently also a master tracker, able to tell the occupants of a car by its tire tracks. Is it better or worse for old Rima that she isn't remembered in the same vein as Apache Chief and Black Vulcan?
