Luthor is at it again, antagonizing Superman by capturing his friends. At least this time Lex was smart enough to take the signal watch from Surfin' Jimmy before loading him in his submarine... but wait, if he wanted to bait Superman, shouldn't he have let Jimmy keep the watch?
Best Part: Luthor actually turned fireworks into a pretty effective weapon, surprisingly more effective than even his missiles.
Worst Part: Why did Superman mount the first missile? Why did Lex pose by those rockets like that? Why did Jimmy and Supes exchange winks? Ya know, there seemed to be a lot of innuendo in this episode. Creepy stuff.
