If you couldn't have guessed by the title, this was a Joker themed episode. And as an added bonus, this was also the animated debut of Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl.
Just when it seemed Robin was going though an awkward stage of puberty or something Joker revealed his master plan was to shatter the "Boy Blunder's" confidence. As of late, Robin had been accidentally throwing batarangs into Batman's head, but it turned out all of Robin's gadgets had been tampered with. Robin discovered this just in time to save Batman and Batgirl from a killer clock using his spare utility belt. This time Joker, the jokes on you! In all, a pretty decent episode that ended with a group laugh and the Joker behind bars.
