As far as I know this tale was not a parody of any of the actual episodes, though I am not sure where the original footage came from - I think maybe from the upcoming episode Prejudice.
Basically, advances by an actual eagle delayed the twins in transit and the at risk teens died. Pretty funny, but not as good as the Initiation one.
