Although this was not my favorite short ever, Snack Run deserves an award for most improved in the series. This was heads and "tails" above the previous two Farm League short shorts. I especially enjoyed hearing Batmongoose and Croaker voice reprisals from previous animated series and some of the jokes hit this time too. "Cue lightning" was especially clever. And even though he didn't do much, I find the name Moo-Face hilarious. At this point, I am actually looking forward to seeing more from the Farm.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Garden Of Doom
Wow. This was pretty amazing. It had form of a giant rabbit holding ice shears vs a killer tomato plant, tiny Wonder Woman and a pea pod vs a cricket, and a banana monster. It actually was a pretty fun episode though its time like this that I wonder why they didn't use the Atom. Its not like there are that many occasions when he would actually be helpful - better not to squander the opportunities that do make sense. In any case, this one turned out a lot better than I expected.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Killer Machines
Ugh! Evil machines again. At least Black Vulcan with his electric powers was a good choice for a guest star. I just hope that if machines do take over the world they aren't led by R.O.B. the NES robot or his half Cylon offspring.

Super History of Superman: The Batman (2007)
Even though it was titles The Batman, the series' 5th and final season might well have been called The Justice League. Throughout the season, the Caped Crusader teamed with other heroes of the DC universe beginning with the one, the only Man of Steel.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Return of Atlantis
Isn't Aquaman from Atlantis? Apparently not on Earth-SF. It seems like Mera in this universe is an evil Atlantean warrior who goes by Oceana. We were given an extra special treat in the form of a rare guest appearance from Rima to join up with an Amazon army. Not sure why Rima was chosen for this particular outing... except that she is one of the few non-Wonder women. In any case, the Amazons versus Atlanteans is an great concept (Flashpoint anyone?) though it was strange that everyone got their own magic lasso including Rima. In all a pretty decent episode.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Eruption
Jupiters! You can always count on the Wonder Twins for a life lesson. This time it was "Never hang glide into a volcano." Another good lesson - only slightly less applicable - the gorilla on ice stilts combo isn't very effective at lava rescues. I don't know, I am a bit of a sucker for shows with people getting surrounded by lava. I think it stems from a childhood imagination of trying to avoid stepping on the "lava" carpet at home and building all sorts of makeshift pathways. For that, I give this a pass. Its not great, but lava trumps space termites any day.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Termites From Venus
Oh boy, this was truly dreadful. The giant insects trope is already one that I find to be lame and nerve gas spewing space bugs isn't any better. The worst part of the episode was that the heroes were really beat up a lot by the nearly invincible swarm and Earth nearly destroyed but in the end, Samurai saved the day with a tornado. I basically hate this episode.
