Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Bane

Although Bane was still a brand new villain, he got a fairly serviceable introduction here. Sure it wasn't the instant classic like the introductions of Freeze or Two-Face, but Bane's brains as well as brawn were introduced giving the baddie more respect than he would get on screen for years to come. 

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Trial

Easily the best part of this episode  was seeing so many villains together and interacting, but lets be honest, the premise of a trial for Batman in Arkham was sort of weak. 

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Sideshow

 He's no Penguin, but Killer Croc is still pretty lame. Having said that, Sideshow is one of Croc's better outings.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Almost Got 'Em

This is one of those "classics" that really does deserve its good reputation. The unconventional device of vignettes told by villains over a poker game was a great hook with a great Croc-centric twist. Overall, the Joker tale with Catwoman was the best and I enjoyed her "almost got 'im" line quite a bit.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Vendetta

Another episode, another character introduction. And while Killer Croc does not rank high on my list of all time favorite Batman villains, Vendetta does a great job of making him a reasonable adversary for Batman. In fact, this depiction of Croc in this episode may be stand as the characters pinnacle of achievement. What's great about this episode is that not only does Croc serve as a menacing villain, but its a great Batman detective story as well.

Onscreen History of Killer Croc

 A Child of the '80s, Killer Croc first appeared in the pages of Detective Comics #523 and Batman #357 in 1983. Although Waylon Jones was originally depicted as basically just a scaly dude, over the years he has transformed into a much more reptilian form.
