Even without a Super Friends rendition of "Where There's a Whip, There's a Way" this was a near perfect episode on the outrageously amazing scale. After all, its not everyday the Justice League get transformed into Hobbits... er I mean "trolls."
Not only did the Friends have to square off against Mal Havok, evil Lord of Middle Earth, but they had to face three deadly tasks to obtain the magic ring of Gandor, all the while riding trusty snails. In conclusion, the formula for success here was Batman+LOTR = The Best Thing Ever.... or it would have been if it hadn't all been a dream - Gleek's dream no less... or was it?
