He's the Joggernaut B!*$% , oh wait, that's the Juggernaut. This guy is a wannabe Tarzan that lives in a the Swiss Family Robinson's tree house - and he also really likes to exercise. Joggernaut was a really lame villain and this episode was a real dud with a nonsensical plot about turning Amazon mud into endless energy, a perfect way to rob the city of gold... ?
