When you have a guy named The Fisherman in your rogues gallery, you may have an image problem.
Then again, he's not your typical fisherman that wears a helmet and cape, and he has very tough fishing line. I think I like this Fisherman guy though. Not only did he nearly kill Tusky, but he had some missile shooting missiles. Apparently the Fisherman is a villain from the comics, first appearing in print in 1965. But he didn't put up too much fight here, being foiled by a fish net. Fortunately, he vowed to return!
